Bryony originally trained as a Montessori teacher and became inspired to focus on Children's Yoga after bringing some of her own yoga and mindfulness practice into the classroom. She has trained with some incredible teachers including Thich Nhat Hahn, Rod Stryker, Judith Lasater, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Marsha Wennig, Joe Barnett, Shiva Rae and Yogacharya Vishwas Mandlik. The children themselves have been her greatest teachers.
Bryony runs Children's Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher Trainings in UK, Belgium, Finland, Greece and South Africa but loves her small intimate trainings at Gaia best!

Tuesday - 5 - 6pm - Men's Yoga
This is a beginners class for men only. Started for a some local friends who wanted to give yoga a try but were not sure about entering a class of super flexible, experienced yogis. So they've swapped 2 pints for a weekly yoga session! If you would like to do the same come and move through a combination of flowing poses to warm up the body, energise cardio vascular system, build muscle strength and focus the mind. Sessions wind down with some longer held yin poses to calm the nervous system, gently stretching the muscles and connective tissue creating more flexibility. We close the class with meditative Yoga nidra and relaxation.

Having enjoyed practising Pilates for many years Wendy was inspired to train as a teacher after noticing the many health benefits and positive body changes the Pilates method can offer. She qualified initially with the respected Body Contol Pilates school in the UK. Wendy is also qualified in all aspects of pre and postnatal Pilates.

Wendy teaches her mixed ability Pilates classes from both a remedial and fitness perspective - providing a challenging work out, whilst focusing on releasing tension, strenthening and aligning bodies and concentrating minds.

Since Cecilia discovered yoga around 15 years ago she has found her practice to be an incredibly powerful tool for positive change in her life. She has practiced in various styles and traditions including Iyengar, Sivananda and Yin Yoga and she draws on these different traditions in her classes. She has recently completed courses in teaching Yoga for Well Women and Restorative Yoga.
This class is suitable for both beginners and those with some experience of yoga incorporates breath awareness and poses with a focus on safe alignent and practice of mindfullness.

Kamlyn has been practicing yoga for many years and trained through YogaBeez to teach children and teenagers in 2014. She teaches many classes across London in nursery and primary schools.
Aimed at children 4 - 6 and 7 - 10 years, Kamlyn's classes incorporates breathing exercises, yoga stories and cooperative learning to bring yoga to children in a safe, supportive environment. Children are encourages to be creative, respectful and embodied.

Jane has been practising various styles of yoga for over 15 years and trained in Yin and Yang with the Yoga Academy, run by Simon Low. Having witnessed the positive physical and mental changes yoga can bring to anybody, whatever their age and fitness levels, she’s keen to share her passion. In her classes she aims to create balance and restore a sense of deep wellbeing.
Suitable for all levels this class combines a more dynamic flowing practise (yang) with some restorative, longer held postures (yin) to help open the body, release tension and focus the mind. A great way to start the day!
Thursday 6:40pm & Saturday 9:30am - Pregnancy Yoga
Teacher: Hana Vencovska
Hana took her first yoga class in 2003. She has since practiced and studied different aspects of this ancient practice with various teachers and schools both in the UK and abroad. Over the years, she has been influenced by several traditions including alignment-based Iyengar and Anusara yoga as well as dynamic Dharma Mittra and Vinyasa Flow practice. She completed her 200 hours Teacher Training in 2010 and her 500 hours Advanced Teacher Training in 2014 with Bridget Woods Kramer's School of Yoga. In 2013 Hana also successfully graduated form Nadia Narrain's Pregnancy and Postnatal Training at Triyoga London.
As a continuous student, Hana is frequently attending workshops, trainings and lectures in order to broaden and deepen her existing knowledge and gain new perspectives and insights. Hana's classes are constantly evolving to reflect her ever changing passion for the practice and are a candid blend of alignment, movement, breath and attention cues for the body, mind and heart.

This soulful, downtempo evening class begins with balancing pranayama practice, moving into a steady sequence that focuses on breath to optimise energy flow throughout the entire body. The practice culminates with spacious meditation and sweet savasana. Walk away feeling grounded, quiet and deeply nourished.
Brighten your Saturday with this fluid, radiant mid-morning practice. The class is a pulsation of standing poses, heart and hip openers with occasional arm balance and inversion, all woven on the thread of the breath. Learn the basics of a Namaskara flow with healthy biomechanics for your body that will allow you to harmoniously open. This 75-minute class increases vitality, clarifies the mind and kindles the fire of the heart to blaze more brightly.

Nataliya had her first meeting with yoga in early 2000 as part of a recovery program in her elite orienteering career. Practicing yoga on and off helped her heal her body and she soon realised that she wanted to share this amazing practice with others. Nataliya trained as a Hot Power yoga teacher with Dylan Ayaloo. Her passion is to bring health and well-being through yoga, in balanced and fun way. Despite a sport background, she loves yoga being a non-competative activity available for everyone - no matter their age, fitness level or shape. Nataliya is also a doTERRA wellness advocate. She brings nature into her classes, Adding essential oils into the practice to increase, expand and deepen one's practice. It harmonises our balance of mind and body.
Hot Power Yoga and Forrest Yoga inspired classes are designed to deepen the breath, challenge the body and calm the mind. Well planned series of postures will synchronise breath with movement. Hot Power yoga is a modern style of Vinyasa flow. The class is based on the Baron Baptiste method, yet it is more varied and playful. The room will be heated to 28 degrees for a safe warm up of deep muscles and to speed up detoxification.
Forrest yoga offer specific cues for body alignment and for muscle activation. This style addresses our 21st century problems such as tight neck and shoulder, and weak lower back. This practice will get you feeling really amazing in your body and connected to your breath.
Perfect balance between dynamic movements, physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation will leave you feeling refreshed.
Hands on assisting will deepen the experience of each posture and encourage you to release the tension. Suitable for complete beginners, yoga fans, and great for those recovering from injuries.

On a yoga mat is where Annie is happiest. The power of yoga has seen her through the joyful moments and the painful moments. Anne has been teaching hatha yoga in London since 2007, trained via Yogacampus. Her mother was a yogi and since childhood Annie has always been interested in the joy, fearlessness and enchantment of movement. Trained as an English teacher (BA, MA English and Education), Anne draws inspiration from poetry, scripture, music and the written word. As well as the physical side to yoga asana, she has a great interest in integrating psychology and yogic philosophy within her practice, teaching and life style. She has been fortunate enough to study with Mathew Sanford, Nigel Gilderson, April Nunes, Liz Lark, Carly Mountain, Susan Lahusen, Seane Corn and Jo Manuel. Annie feels inspired by her mentors to share the courage, strength and blessings found in being on her mat.
On Fridays we will use candlelight, asanas and mantra to build an hour of stability and appreciation. The class is suitable for anyone wanting to open their heart and take up the challenge of awakening to their true nature. From beginners to those with more experience – all are welcome. Anne’s classes give individual attention to energy, emotion and injury. They combine the elements of creative movement, poetry, balance, flow and yin and yang sequencing with a focus on alignment and prana. Anne’s classes are always finished off beautifully with a long, deep nourishing savasana complete with blankets and massage. Find your cosmic, divine energy during a one hour class designed to renew and restore your inner life. Friday evening is the perfect time to let go of the strenuous week and rebalance for the weekend.
Saturday 8 - 9am - Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Elizabeth has been teaching yoga for 10 years. She completed a 3 year teacher training with British Wheel of Yoga (500 hours), and loves sharing her love of yoga with new people. She lives in South East London with her husband, children and cat.
In the Saturday morning Vinyasa Flow class expect flowing movements, moving from one pose to the next on an inhale and an exhale. The movements are smooth and everybody is encouraged to listen and to respect their own bodies. Enjoy having a stretch, becoming stronger and more balanced in all ways. Come and join her early on Saturday mornings for an energising, wake-up class to get your weekend started in the most fantastic way.

Hannah trained in movement from the age of two, becoming proficient in classical then contemporary ballet, and later Pilates. She has a deep natural love of movement and its power to service the body in maintaining health and energy. Her classes promote mind-body connection through dynamic flowing movements leaving you feeling energised.
