Information we collect
If you have emailed us with an enquiry we then receive your name and email address. If registering on our Team Up booking system we then receive your name and email address and all other personal data you provide on the site is optional. We may receive your card payment details if you choose to retain the card details on the site – again this is optional. If you have attended any of our classes you will be asked to complete a client enrolment form / health questionnaire.
How we use your information
We only use your contact details for the purpose of emailed Newsletters informing you of our class offerings and workshops. We do not share any of your information with any third parties. If you have completed our client enrolment form we use this information for teaching purposes only. If you choose to keep your card payment details on the booking system these are fully secure and never shared with any third parties.
Security of information
We maintain technical, administrative and physical security measures designed to protect your information at all times. We keep all data for 7 years to comply with our current insurance policies. Both our website and the Team Up booking sytem are secure sites.
You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time. Either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the unsubscribe option always included at the bottom of our emailed Newsletters. You can also email us if you need to update/correct your information.
